To do this on Windows you right click on the game exe > Properties > Compatibility > Tick box next to ‘Run this program as an administrator’ > Hit apply.
For example when using Reshade it is best to add admin rights to the game exe not just for reshade to work as it is a fix for when that doesn’t work but also because it can clash with Frosty Mod Manager sometimes you also have to add admin to the game exe as well for it to work.
Make sure you Run Frosty as administrator.
Please do not add to Program Files folders as this has been known to cause a lot of issues.
It does not need to be put into a folder in your game directory to work.
Do not extract Frosty Mod Manager in your game directory.
You can also check errors that pop up with this Error Compendium by munchyfly, electricfish and GalaxyMan2015 click this text to use link Thank youįrosty Errors are better reported to the Frosty Discord (a link can be found on the Frosty site linked at the top of this post, where it says Join the Community ) as they can better help with Frosty issues. If you know of any fixes please do tell me and I will add them. On nexus use Troubleshooting Fixes Found Here either telling them the exact part that could be a fix or in general Modders/Mod Users if you have anyone ask about an error that has a fix here, you can link to this post. This is so I can add new fixes as we learn them. Some of these fixes will likely work for other games too, but the main goal of this Troubleshooting is for Dragon Age Inquisition and Mass Effect Andromedaįixes can be found under the Keep Reading.
